The Neurodiary is a wrist-worn device for a patient to subjectively score the severity of his dyskinesia.

• Scoring via four push buttons colour-coded to represent
  1. Off state — Blue
  2. Troublesome dyskinesia — Red
  3. Non-troublesome dyskinesia — Orange
  4. Without dyskinesia — Green
• Patient prompted at regular intervals via flashing LED and beeper
• Programmable intervals of 5mins, 15 mins, 30 mins, 1Hr and 2 Hrs
• Unprompted score may be entered at any time.
• Maximum capacity of 6500 scores
